In first year, we all ate at Festival Fare in SCH. During one of our lunch conversations, we some how got onto the topic of how malls with mostly elderly patronage always have a Zellers. My friend from Orléans (a district in Ottawa) worked at Zellers and suddenly was over come by the rage of 1000 elderly customers paying in pennies resulting in an angry rant about people trying to return VCRs in DVD player boxes. It was the most agitated I have ever seen him by a long shot.

Almost two years later, I took a trip to Ottawa and got a tour from him. I asked to see the Zellers of Rage, and here it is:
